So at some point,

the people in charge of this show were sitting in a room,

deciding on designs for the bad guys in this scene,

and someone goes,

“How about we give one a dick drill?”

and everyone else is like,

“That’s a fantastic idea.”

and so they animated this.

Yeah.

WTF am I watching?
